Longtime colleagues, Executive Chef Paula DaSilva and Executive Chef Adrienne Grenier, will come together along with Pastry Chef Carissa Offhaus to offer 40 guests the Farm to Coast Feast in a memorable setting: Harpke Family Farm. The event is set for Sunday, Sept. 9, from 5 to 8:30 p.m.
DaSilva leads the team at Burlock Coast; Grenier oversees the kitchen at 3030 Ocean. Both will be cooking on-site to create a menu featuring Florida seafood and inspired by the state’s late summer produce.
Offhaus will complete the meal on a sweet note.
Co-owner Tamer Harpke will provide fine-wine-pairings throughout the meal during this farm-to-table dining experience.
Price is $95 per person and includes a welcome cocktail and wine pairings. Doors open at 5 p.m. The farm tour starts at 5:30 p.m., rain or shine.
