Mark your calendars now for Tuesday, March 14, as we’ll be hosting a special event in Boynton Beach. For this event, we’ve teamed up Chef Mark Militello, a James Beard Award winner, and Josie’s Ristorante and together we’ll host a Happy Hour event for the friends and followers of Florida Food & Farm.
Although visitors to Josie’s Ristorante, a family owned and operated restaurant, can still enjoy classic Italian dishes that they’ve been enjoying for the past 25 years, they can now find elevated dishes that take a spin on the traditional, courtesy of Chef Mark.
Liz Balmaseda, food editor for the Palm Beach Post, describes her experience at Josie’s as follows: “Your plate here is a work of art for more organic reasons: quality ingredients, a chef’s soul in the cooking, and a high bar in the kitchen. It shines in simplicity and finesse.”
