Featuring over 100 wines
· February 15 and 17, 2019 ·
The St. Augustine Spanish Wine Festival is a celebration of life. While it’s true that Spanish wine is considered among the best wine values in the world, the St. Augustine Spanish Wine Festival encompasses much more than tasting wine. This year (2019) celebrates the 500th birthday of Pedro Menendez, St. Augustine’s founder!
There are two dates and venues.
On Friday, Feb. 15, from 6 to 10 p.m., the festival will kick off with the Cava Reception and Dinner at the Flagler College Solarium, 74 King St. Guests will experience an elegant evening featuring a Spanish-inspired dinner, with each course paired with a fine Spanish wine; and live Spanish music.
On Sunday, Feb. 17, from 2 to 5 p.m., the festival will conclude with the Grand Tasting at the River House, 179 Marine St. The event will feature more than 100 Spanish wines along with Spanish-inspired hors d’oeuvres. Tickets are $75 each.
