Urban Oasis Presents Dinner at Sunset Series featuring Chef Pamela Wasabi

Urban Oasis and Chef Pamela Wasabi join forces to bring you a series of Farm-to-Table dinner experiences aiming to elevate awareness about local organic produce, grass roots companies, sustainable living, and Plant Based dinning. On Saturday, May 28th, at Verde Café in Homestead join us for a Farm Tour followed by a 5-Course Americana Style Dinner. Delight yourself with traditional American dishes prepared to the highest quality standards and ingredients, this time around our dining experience will be accompanied by MIA Brews. Special appearance by Bluejay a three-part vocal band who sings to the lull of the cello.

This time around we are sharing the table stage with Nic & Luc Fine Food Purveyors, a small family owned company based in Homestead, who will be providing us with their Ginger-Berry Jalapeno jam to pair up with our first course. For our main entree, the “Hamburguesa” we are having freshly baked artisanal potato bread from Crackerman’s Crackers. Both old time local vendors at The Urban Oasis Farmers Market at the Legion Park.
Proceeds to benefit the Urban Oasis Project.

Rosemary Cornbread, Nic & Luc Ginger, Berry, Jalapeno Jam*, Olive Butter served with Weiss Hefeweisen

2rd Course
Mac and Cheese, Sage Salt, Tomate Seco, Paprika

3rd Course
Crackerman’s Artisan Potato Bread*, Beer Poached Bean, Ground Beet, Eggplant Crujiente, Pitaya Ketchup, Pickled Okra, Garden Salad served with Tourist Trappe Belgian Abby

4th Course
Key Lime and Mango
Lavender, Cashew, Mulberry, Oat Crumble

5th Course
Chocolate Chip Cookie, Vanilla Bean served with Baltizar Baltic Porter
