South Florida’s Taste of the Nation for No Kid Hungry comes to Wynwood on Friday, May 12, 2017 — and you are all invited. This annual event is the nation’s premier culinary benefit, featuring top chefs and mixologists — all of whom are coming together to donate their time, talent and passion to end childhood hunger in America.
Taste of the Nation features chefs and gourmet cuisine from over 60 restaurants and vendors catering to both Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The evening will also include live entertainment along with live, silent and wine auctions including an Instant Wine Cellar (unlock the mystery door and win $2000 worth of wine; Urban Beer Garden; a Speakeasy featuring some of the area’s hottest mixologists and more. Chef Chair Timon Balloo, has pulled together an incredible line-up of local restaurants committed to Share Our Strength’s vision to end childhood hunger.
An after party will follow at R House where Chef/Owner Rocco Carulli will team up with Big Easy WineBar & Grill and Elia Gourmet to treat guests to some sweet treats and pours from Scott Conant’s newest pop-up SORSO by Scott Conant. As an added bonus, Freebee will be offering complimentary rides all night long for guests and will be stationed outside of Soho Studios as well as R House.

Cost: $125 for general admission, $175 for VIP (includes admission to the after party) or $200 for VIP PLUS (include early entrance and after party). The after party alone is $75.
