With the main growing season approaching, we feel like we have this empty canvas for us to draw on — and to create a wonderful book of memories. One of those memories will certainly be a trip to Swank Specialty Produce for their Swank Table Farm-Style Events.
Once again, Swank Farm presents a series of farm-to-table dining events on Sundays – with Master Chef Dinners on Saturdays and Sunday brunches mixed in – right on the farm in Loxahatchee, in western Palm Beach County. Now this is not your basic dinner on the farm; rather, it’s almost like the crème de la crème of Palm Beach County dining events — and once you attend, you’ll be eager to plan your next visit.
Taking place every month from November to May, Swank Table events whisk you away from the bustle of everyday life and take you to a place that’s filled with joy and calm — and amazing food and wine.
Jodi and Darrin Swank invite some of the top names in the industry for each event (usually, four chefs; a sommelier; and a bartender or mixologist). They then create a sumptuous multi-course meal using ingredients, picked just hours before, from the farm.
Although the dinner is the main focus here, Swank Table is more like the ultimate dining experience. It includes an outing to the farm; vibrant cocktails; a tour of the farm; a chance to meet the rock-star chefs; fine wines, paired by a noted sommelier; an incredible dinner with an amazing group of diners; and live entertainment to round out the evening.
This year’s season of dinners kicks off in December and finishes in May with a Mexican fiesta.
These dinners cost $160 per person and take place, rain or shine, at Swank Specialty Produce, 14311 North Road, Loxahatchee; 561-202-5648. For these dinners, guests will be served family-style with six guests per table.

Swank’s Master Chef Series
In addition to Swank Table, Swank Farm continues its Master Chef Series this year. Taking place on Saturday nights beginning in January 2020, this dinner series will feature nationally recognized chefs who will create an incredible feast that will include their “Best Dish I Ever Created.”
Dinners start at 6:30 p.m. with passed canapés and cocktails. The group then, at 7:30 p.m., will enjoy a sit-down dinner with wines — and live entertainment — and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to a local charity.

Swank Farm Brunch
A variety of Sunday brunches will take place on the farm, rain or shine, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cost is $99 for adults, $45 for children 4-12, and free for children 3 and under.
