The Farmers Market Coalition (FMC) is hosting its third annual National Farmers Market Week Poster Contest. But don’t wait until June 15 — when the poster contest officially opens — to start creating an award-winning poster. Visit a local farmers market and start generating ideas and designs now!

For the poster contest, the FMC is looking for posters that “depict a combination of engaging graphics, informative messaging, and regional or market identity.” Four prizes will be awarded in these categories: first and second place for Best Overall Poster; Best EBT/Nutrition Incentive Poster; and Fan Favorite — the poster receiving the most votes on Facebook.

Winners will be announced during National Farmers Market Week, Aug. 6-12.

Visit Farmers Market Coalition online for more information. The official entry form will be available on June 15.
