Ah, December … when we start looking back on the past 11 months and begin looking forward (we hope) to the rapidly approaching new year. This month is filled with an abundance of Florida fairs, festivals, and celebrations – which means there’s something for everyone to get excited about. From North Florida to South, from East Coast to West, no matter where you are in Florida, there’s plenty of family-friendly activities during the month of December.

Just one of the many things to anticipate during December is the beginning of the U-pick blueberry season. So gather up your baskets, slather on the sunscreen, don a hat, and head out to the nearest blueberry farm!

What are your favorite fairs and festivals in December? Did we miss one? Tell us about it in the comments.
