The 3,756-acre Ginn Ranch in St. Lucie County was sold in June. The ranch includes about 1,700 acres of pasture and almost 1,500 acres of natural land.

A former citrus grove is used as a grazing area.

The property, which has deer and wild turkeys, offers recreational opportunities, including hunting.

Ginn Ranch, three miles west of Port St. Lucie, is near planned unit developments.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate handled the sale. The seller was Sunbreak Farms Ginn, LLC; the buyer was La Potencia II, LLC, which is based in Boca Raton, according to the Florida Division of Corporations.
