Although this recipe was named after a sharpie, a traditional, flat-bottomed sail boat from the Connecticut used for easy sailing through shallow tidal water & for fishing, particularly oyster tonging, we are happy to imbibe on this well-balanced cocktail in Florida any day of the week.
