Cocktails are good any day of the week, especially when there’s honey involved. so take some time during National Honey Month to enjoy this recipe for a Sharpie cocktail, courtesy of Izzy’s Fish & Oyster. Although this recipe was named after a sharpie, a traditional, flat-bottomed sail boat from the Connecticut used for easy sailing through shallow tidal water & for fishing, particularly oyster tonging, we are happy to imbibe on this well-balanced cocktail in Florida any day of the week. Cheers to our #30daysofhoney round-up.
